O'Dell
Andrew O’Dell is Co-Founder and CEO of award-winning independent creative agency, Pereira O’Dell. An advertising visionary of over 20 years, Andrew has played an instrumental role in shaping the company's success and reputation by constantly looking forward and evolving the business to meet the changing needs of brands. Most recently, in 2023, Andrew O’Dell was named CEO of Serviceplan Americas, and will be tasked with leading its growth in the US and beyond.
Under his leadership, Pereira O’Dell has been named to Ad Age A-List for four consecutive years, Fast Company’s Top 10 Most Innovative Companies in Advertising, and Forbes Most Influential Companies in Advertising. Pereira O’Dell, in partnership with their agency network Serviceplan Group, was also named Independent Network of the Year by Cannes Lions in 2022. Pereira O’Dell’s client roster includes some of the world’s most iconic brands like MINI, Adobe, Zelle, Stella Artois, and General Mills among others.
Pereira
PJ Pereira is an industry veteran of over 20 years, most famously known for co-founding the independent award-winning creative agency, Pereira O’Dell. In 2023, PJ was also named Chief Creative Officer of independent agency network Serviceplan Americas.
Pereira is a pioneer in the marketing world, sitting at the intersection of tech, entertainment and advertising. His credentials have made him one of the industry's most influential and respected creatives. He has been named to Adweek's Creative 100, Ad Age's Creativity 50, and to the 4A's 100 People Who Make Advertising Great. Most recently, PJ was named Jury President of the inaugural AI discipline at 2023 ADC Awards. Also in partnership with ADC, he helped create 101+1, the world’s only interactive gallery that explores the untapped potential of creativity in collaboration with AI.
Outside of his work in advertising, PJ enjoys other creative pursuits as a novelist, painter, and martial artist. In 2023, PJ will release a book (his 5th) about the unlikely combination of Artificial Intelligence and kung fu. Pereira is particularly drawn to the concept of an AI’s influence in design and creativity, and he tries to engage this emerging tech in his own creative process whenever possible.
Daum
Nancy Daum is an experienced Chief Operating Officer with over 20 years of experience in advertising, direct marketing, content, social media, and innovative technology companies. She has managed finance, administration, human resources, and IT departments for privately held/venture-backed entities through IPOs. Prior to that, Nancy worked for several years in public accounting at Ernst & Young and Deloitte and Touche in San Francisco and New York and was one of the founding members of the Entrepreneurial Services Group. Nancy is also a CPA (inactive) and has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Golden Gate University. In 2017, Nancy was a nominee for the San Francisco Business Times’ "CFO of the Year" award.
Lambrechts
Chief Creative Officer of award-winning creative agency Pereira O'Dell, Rob Lambrechts works closely with ambitious brands to create campaigns that engage audiences and speak to culture. An award-winning writer, Lambrechts oversees all creative work across the agency. He has helped build and refresh iconic brands, including Anheuser-Busch, Adobe, MINI, Stella Artois, The Ad Council, Zelle and more.
In 2018, the agency launched social film, "The Beauty Inside" for Intel, which won an Emmy for Outstanding New Approach to Television, making Pereira O’Dell the first advertising agency to win an Emmy against traditional TV programming, pioneering the branded entertainment space.
In 2021, Lambrechts co-authored the book, High Art: The Definitive Guide to Getting Cultured with Cannabis, published by Penguin-Random House. It pairs more than 50 works of fine art from artists such as Van Gogh, Monet, and Henri Rousseau with various cannabis strains and products.
Most recently, under his creative leadership, Pereira O'Dell alongside partner Serviceplan, was named 2022 Independent Agency Network of the Year at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity.
Gonzalez
In nearly nine years at Pereira O’Dell, Mona Munayyer Gonzalez has helped reinvent the agency many times over without losing sight of the agency philosophy: to bring big ambitions to life.
In 2023, Mona was named the agency’s first-ever Chief Growth Officer. Taking a unique approach to the traditional growth position, her role combines PR & New Business with Talent – two areas that are inextricably linked. This ambition sets a vision for not only the growth of the business, but the people behind its success.
Mona began her career at global creative networks, including JWT and BBDO, and sharpened her management skills at The Barbarian Group. This blend of agency experience led to a deep knowledge of integrated campaign planning and passion for award-winning, business-building work.
Mona’s ambitious growth plans for Pereira O’Dell include building a reputation for the agency that attracts global brands & talent; but more importantly, as a second-generation Palestinian American, she is dedicated to using her power to change the industry for the better.
Nymark
As President of Pereira O'Dell, Natalie brings more than 20 years of client service and brand management expertise to her role. Before joining Pereira O’Dell, Natalie managed client portfolios in consumer packaged goods, beauty, luxury, financial services, and spirits at leading agencies including Grey, KBS, and JWT. Natalie is passionate about brand building and developing transformative solutions for her brand partners, as well as internal teams at Pereira O’Dell. She specializes in integrated marketing and communications, product development, global management, and leading multidisciplinary teams. She uses a human-centered approach to nurture people, processes, and outcomes.
Apaliski
Jason Apaliski is the Executive Creative Director at Pereira O’Dell in San Francisco and has been with the agency since its founding in 2008. Most notably, Jason led the creative development for Intel's Inside Films series, the industry’s longest-running, branded content series. Most notably, the film “The Beauty Inside” earned the agency an Emmy for “Outstanding New Approach,” two Gold Pencils at The One Show, and an unprecedented three Grand Prix Cannes Lions.
Jason’s earlier work at Pereira O’Dell for LEGO (“Go Miniman Go,” LEGO CL!CK”) and Corona (“Most Liked Beer in America”) helped the agency hone its expertise in branded entertainment and content. Prior to joining Pereira O'Dell, Jason worked at AKQA in San Francisco, where he led the creative direction for brands including Xbox, Sprite, Visa, Microsoft, and Red Bull. During his years at AKQA, Jason was a lead Art Director on the breakthrough Dark Marketing campaign for McDonalds, ""The Lost Ring,” as well as the staredown spoof, “Unflinching Triumph,” a full-length film distributed online for Red Bull and recognized by The Wall Street Journal as number one for “What to Watch” in new media content.

Karpel
Lenny Karpel is a Group Brand Strategy Director at Pereira O'Dell in San Francisco, leading the strategic thinking on Adobe, FTD, Concordia University and other accounts. Lenny applies human, brand and cultural truths to develop insights that inspire creative teams to build breakthrough campaigns and give brands a competitive advantage.
Prior to joining Pereira O'Dell, Lenny has worked on a wide range of brands including MINI, P&G, Fitbit, EA Sports, Anheuser Busch, Xbox, Norton, El Pollo Loco and Draft Kings. Awards and recognition include multiple Effies and the 4A's Jay Chiat Award for Strategic Excellence.





John































Redmond
John Redmond is a Brand Strategy Director at Pereira O'Dell, leading work primarily for the MINI account. He joined the New York office in early 2018.
John began his advertising career in account management at Y&R NY, before making the transition to strategy during his four-year tenure at mcgarrybowen NY. At mcgarrybowen, John launched global brand work for J.P. Morgan and led a range of assignments for Verizon Wireless. John joins POD from Havas New York, where he spent over two years working on IBM, Con Edison, and Mattress Firm. In his free time, John likes to play the guitar and pretend his last name is Fahey.
