What’s with all the Chandeliers?
Andrew O'Dell is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Pereira O’Dell. Andrew has been a leader in the San Francisco marketing landscape for many years, having co-founded pioneering digital ad agency Lot21 in 1997 and then holding key executive positions at global firms, including Carat and AKQA.
At AKQA, Andrew served as the President, Interactive and spearheaded the company's business development and media groups from 2004-2008. In that position, Andrew led the business efforts that resulted in the acquisition of some of the most prestigious accounts in the industry, including Kraft, Coca-Cola, Diageo, Target, McDonald’s, and Motorola. During his tenure, AKQA’s revenue grew by 400%, employed 700 staffers, expanded into NYC, Shanghai, and Amsterdam, and was named Agency of the Year by Adweek and Ad Age. After a successful run at AKQA, Andrew decided to return to his entrepreneurial roots and partnered with PJ Pereira to form Pereira O’Dell.
PJ Pereira is an advertising and entertainment pioneer. He believes agencies have to provide return not only on the money brands are investing but also the time consumers are spending with the work. That balance is the ultimate challenge marketing faces today. In 2016, Pereira O’Dell was behind the rare participation of a brand in the prestigious “Official Selection” of the Sundance Film Festival with NetScout and Werner Herzog's “Lo and Behold, Reveries of the Connected World.” The film was named in Esquire Magazine’s “Top 10 Best Non-Fiction Films” in 2016.
His agency is credited with the creation of the first-ever social film (“The Inside Experience”) for Intel and Toshiba in 2011, which combined Hollywood talent content and social media participation. The film surpassed the triple Cannes Grand Prix winner “The Beauty Inside,” also for Intel and Toshiba, which is now being turned into a major feature film starring Emilia Clarke. “The Beauty Inside” was the first piece of advertising to win an Emmy against regular TV programming.
With strong roots in digital and content, his milestones in the field include a feature film for Red Bull titled “Unflinching Triumph,” which in 2007 was named by Sports Illustrated as the “Most Amusing Sports Parody of the Year,” and an alternate-reality game titled “The Lost Ring” for McDonald’s for the Summer Olympics in Beijing.
Beyond advertising, Brazilian-born PJ Pereira is also a best-selling novelist. In 2015, his book trilogy "Gods of Both Worlds" spent a month as the #1 novel by a Brazilian author in his native country and was published in five other countries. In April 2017, in Brazil, he launched his fourth novel, "The Mother, The Daughter and The Lady Spirit" (“A mãe, a filha e o espírito da santa”). He has two kung fu black belts and is working on a karate one too.
His credentials in content, digital, and advertising have made him one of the world's most influential and respected creatives. He was named the Top CCO in Adweek's Creative 100, recognized by "Creativity 50," and noted in 4A's 100 People Who Make Advertising Great. Most recently, PJ served as the President of the Cannes Lions Entertainment Jury.
Nancy Daum is an experienced Chief Operating Officer with over 20 years of experience in advertising, direct marketing, content, social media, and innovative technology companies. She has managed finance, administration, human resources, and IT departments for privately held/venture-backed entities through IPOs. Prior to that, Nancy worked for several years in public accounting at Ernst & Young and Deloitte and Touche in San Francisco and New York and was one of the founding members of the Entrepreneurial Services Group. Nancy is also a CPA (inactive) and has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Golden Gate University. In 2017, Nancy was a nominee for the San Francisco Business Times’ "CFO of the Year" award.
Rob Lambrechts, Chief Creative Officer, is an award-winning Writer who most recently collaborated with Theodore Melfi (Academy Award nominee for "Hidden Figures") on the global Coca-Cola Christmas campaign "A Magic Thank You." Rob developed the story for Intel’s fourth blockbuster social film, “What Lives Inside,” starring Academy Award winner J.K. Simmons and directed by Robert Stromberg. He also partnered with Brian Grazer and Ron Howard’s incubator film project, New Form Entertainment, to write and produce “The Dreams of Emma Bloom.”
Prior to joining POD as its third employee, Rob was a lead Writer at AKQA, where he and his team produced the film “Unflinching Triumph: The Philip Rockhammer Story” for Red Bull. Highly praised by media and industry insiders, this campaign was named one of the “Top Ten Things to Watch on the Web” by The Wall Street Journal and named Sports Illustrated’s “Most Amusing Sports Parody.” At Pereira O’Dell, Rob oversees creative work across both the San Francisco and New York offices.
Cory Berger joined Pereira O’Dell in 2013 as the Managing Director of the NY office to build and lead all aspects of the operation. In the years under Cory's leadership, the agency has become one of the city’s hottest shops, partnering with an impressive client roster that includes MINI, realtor.com, Timberland, Blue Apron, Fox Sports, Memorial Sloan Kettering, American Museum of Natural History, Charter Communications, European Wax Center, and NetScout. In 2016, Cory's efforts earned him a coveted spot on Advertising Age’s "40 Under 40" list.
Prior to joining Pereira O’Dell, Cory held leadership positions at leading agencies, including Mother, Momentum, Noise, and Havas. When not found in the office, you’ll find Cory either playing with his daughters or working on his golf game.
Dave Arnold is the Executive Creative Director of Pereira O'Dell’s New York office. After starting the office in 2012, he has led its growth in creative capabilities with clients such as realtor.com, American Museum of Natural History, Charter Communications, Fox Sports, Blue Apron, Timberland, Nat Geo and Memorial Sloan Kettering. With client partner NetScout and legendary director Werner Herzog, Dave and the team created the acclaimed documentary film “Lo and Behold.” The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and went on to receive multiple gold awards from D&AD, The One Club, Brand Film Festival, and Cannes Lions, revolutionizing the world of branded content. In 2017, Dave was named in Adweek's 100 Most Creative List.
Prior to joining POD, Dave spent the first 10 years of his career at Euro RSCG (Havas). At Euro, Dave worked with clients ranging from The Atlantic Monthly to Howard Stern's launch on Sirius Satellite Radio, to Clearasil, to Dos Equis’ Most Interesting Man in the World. Dave's work there was recognized with awards including Titanium and Integrated Cannes Lions and Gold Effies.
Henry Arlander is the Managing Director at Pereira O’Dell, where he oversees the business operations of the San Francisco office. In his seven years at Pereira O'Dell, Henry has led global accounts for Intel, Coca-Cola, Samsung, Hyatt, Mattel, LEGO, and others. For Intel, he helped create an innovative, new form of entertainment, Social Film, which merged Hollywood-class entertainment with social media and garnered impressive accolades, including three Grand Prix Cannes Lions, a Daytime Emmy Award, and multiple Webby Awards.
Prior to joining Pereira O'Dell, Henry led the Google business at ad agency Cutwater, where he managed the successful "Watch This Space" campaign that helped propel Google to become the largest player in the Display Advertising landscape. He has also contributed to bold, creative campaigns at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and Mullen on clients including Sprint, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and the Ad Council. Henry was also the Co-Founder of successful community engagement platform Livefyre, which was acquired by Adobe in 2016.
Jason Apaliski is the Executive Creative Director at Pereira O’Dell in San Francisco and has been with the agency since its founding in 2008. Most notably, Jason led the creative development for Intel's Inside Films series, the industry’s longest-running, branded content series. Most notably, the film “The Beauty Inside” earned the agency an Emmy for “Outstanding New Approach,” two Gold Pencils at The One Show, and an unprecedented three Grand Prix Cannes Lions.
Jason’s earlier work at Pereira O’Dell for LEGO (“Go Miniman Go,” LEGO CL!CK”), Muscle Milk (“Sexy Pilgrim”), and Corona (“Most Liked Beer in America”) helped the agency hone its expertise in branded entertainment and content. Prior to joining Pereira O'Dell, Jason worked at AKQA in San Francisco, where he led the creative direction for brands including Xbox, Sprite, Visa, Microsoft, and Red Bull. During his years at AKQA, Jason was a lead Art Director on the breakthrough Dark Marketing campaign for McDonalds, ""The Lost Ring,” as well as the staredown spoof, “Unflinching Triumph,” a full-length film distributed online for Red Bull and recognized by The Wall Street Journal as number one for “What to Watch” in new media content.
Mona Gonzalez originally joined the Pereira O'Dell San Francisco office in 2014 and, a few years later, moved to Pereira O'Dell New York to oversee its Brand Management department. Mona began her career at global creative networks, including JWT and BBDO, and sharpened her management skills at The Barbarian Group, a tech-focused boutique agency. This blend of agency experience led to a deep knowledge of integrated campaign planning and passion for award-winning, business-building work.
Mona has overseen iconic brands in CPG, spirits, luxury, hospitality, and B2C/B2B technology categories. While at POD, she has launched integrated campaigns for Coca-Cola, realtor.com, Skype, Hyatt, eBay and IGNITE National. Previous accounts include Snickers, Kraft Foods, Clinique, Pepsi, and Beam Suntory. Mona graduated from Villanova University's School of Business and lives in Montclair, NJ.
Natalie Nymark is the Director of Brand Management for San Francisco and Group Director on the Fifth Third Bank account. Natalie brings more than 15 years of client service and brand management expertise to Pereira O’Dell. Before joining the team, Natalie managed client portfolios in consumer packaged goods, beauty, luxury, financial services, and spirits at agencies such as Grey, KBS, and JWT. She also recently helped build a start-up design and innovation consultancy.
Natalie is passionate about brand building and developing transformative solutions for her clients and organization. She specializes in integrated marketing and communications, product development, global strategy, and leading multidisciplinary teams. She uses a human-centered approach to nurture people, processes, and outcomes.
Natalie was born and raised in New York City and recently made the move to the Bay Area with her husband, Paul. She enjoys exploring the California coast and is learning how to sail.
Sean Staley guides the Brand Strategy discipline across all accounts in our SF office. Prior to joining Periera O’Dell, Sean held strategy positions at top creative agencies, including Wieden+Kennedy, Venables Bell, Barton F. Graf, Saatchi & Saatchi and Chiat Day.
His work spans across categories and brands of all shapes, sizes and stages, such as Delta, Audi, Visa, Activision, Google, Vita Coco, eBay, General Mills, Duracell, MillerCoors, Clash of Clans and Walmart. His work has been recognized by Cannes, The One Show and Effies.
Tom’s parents have no idea what he does for a living. Even though he’s held key brand strategy and consumer insight roles for close to 17 years at advertising agencies like BBDO, Droga5, Fallon and Pereira O’Dell and even companies like Converse, they still don’t get it. He’s led brand strategy and communication development for brands like Absolut, Coca-Cola, GE, General Mills, Heineken, Kraft and Realtor.com, though they’re still not entirely sure what he does for them.

He’s won strategy and creative awards, been featured in industry and non-industry publications, taught at various collegiate school programs and been a mentor for his own graduate school, the VCU Adcenter, and his folks think that’s all great, but they’re still curious what he’s telling those poor kids.
Lauren Sooudi is the Brand Strategy Director at Pereira O’Dell, working across accounts including Fifth Third Bank, Adobe Creative Cloud, and FTD. In 2017, Lauren was ranked as one of Business Insider's "30 Most Creative Women in Advertising." She has built brand identities from the bottom up, including naming and brand architecture, as well as solving business problems to create more relevant roles for brands in consumer culture, while driving business objectives. Prior to joining POD in 2017, Lauren spent time at agencies such as Heat and Wexley School for Girls, working on clients including Jackson Family Wines, Bank of the West, Dolby, Teva, Hotwire, Darigold, and Ford.
Ashley Wells is the Director of Communications Strategy at Pereira O'Dell, leading communications strategy and media across all of the agency’s clients for regional, national, and global brands. In her two years at the agency, she has worked on brands including Skype, realtor.com, eBay, 1-800 Contacts, San Francisco Film Society, Fifth Third Bank, Adobe, and The Cheesecake Factory.
A Georgia Tech grad, Ashley leverages her long relationship with math and science, combined with art and strategy, pivotal to creating award-winning strategic campaigns. This includes the Gold Effie-winning Million Dollar Gift of Happiness campaign developed for the Costa Rica Tourism Board. She began her career in Atlanta at Ames Scullin O'Haire, working on accounts such as Mitsubishi Electric and Food Lion. From there, she moved to 22squared, where she spent five years spearheading accounts including American Standard Brands, Baskin Robbins, Florida's Natural Orange Juice, and Lincoln Financial Group.
Chris Wilcox joined Pereira O’Dell in 2014 as the Vice President of Partnerships. Previously, Chris was the Vice President of Integrated Advertising Sales for USA TODAY, where he oversaw the company’s West Coast sales operations. Over the course of 16+ years in media sales, he has successfully partnered with some of the world’s most admired brands, including Toyota, MilkPEP (Got Milk?), Wells Fargo, and Google.
Jeff Ferro is the Vice President of Production at Pereira O’Dell, overseeing the agency’s creative quality and execution of successful advertising programs. Jeff has received two AICP awards for Product Integration for Skype (“Born Friends Family Portrait,” “Finding Donut”) and recently produced the fourth installment of Intel’s revolutionary branded content series, “What Lives Inside.” He has also partnered with Brian Grazer and Ron Howard’s incubator film project, New Form Entertainment, to produce a short content piece, “The Dreams of Emma Bloom.”
Jeff is a former Executive Producer for Foote, Cone & Belding and has produced videos for a variety of agencies including Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, BBDO, Young & Rubicam, and Triple Double. Some of the many brands he has worked with are Volkswagen, Toyota, Sprint, ESPN, NFL Network, University of Phoenix, Muscle Milk, Ubisoft, AOL, and DIRECTV.
Tennille Teague is the Head of Content Production at Pereira O'Dell, helping the agency create innovative, branded content, while maintaining the highest level of craft and creative excellence. Tennille was the Executive Producer on the feature documentary film “Lo & Behold,” directed by Werner Herzog. The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and was eventually sold to Magnolia Pictures. It won dozens of industry awards, including three Gold Cannes Lions out of six total.
A 15-year industry veteran, Tennille has produced work for global brands such as Bud Light, Sprite, Virgin Atlantic, realtor.com, National Geographic, Timberland, Range Rover, LG, MTV, Campbell's, Fox Sports, and the NFL, among others. She's also brought to life multiple productions grounded in social causes, including MTV AIDS Awareness, VH1 EXIT/Human Trafficking, and Youth Reckless Driving. In her free time, Tennille is in the process of developing a premium line of dog-carrying bags called Jaxx Hound.
Molly joined Pereira O'Dell in 2009 as the Director of Marketing & PR, playing an integral role in the success and growth of the agency. She works alongside all of the agency’s teams to communicate POD’s capabilities, notable work, and contributions to the industry. She boosts campaign success for both the agency and clients through her work with business, advertising, and consumer press. Previously, Molly was the Marketing/PR Director at AKQA. Her efforts during her tenure facilitated many of the agency's accolades, including “Agency of the Year” wins from Ad Age, Adweek, OMMA, and SHOOT Magazine, as well as Creativity's first-ever Interactive Agency of the Year.
Prior to AKQA, Molly was the Marketing & PR Manager at digital advertising firm Lot21, building the agency’s solid reputation in emerging technologies. She was named in PR News’ “15 to Watch” for making significant strides in PR for the online marketing industry and contributed to the launch of sfBIG as the association’s original Communications Chair. Rory Hill is the Director of Talent and Culture at Pereira O’Dell, leading the recruitment and retention across all our agency’s offices. With over 10 years of experience in recruitment, project resourcing, and talent management, Rory not only leads the development of long-term recruiting plans that generate a talent pipeline for future consideration at Pereira & O’Dell but also strongly believes that the personal development and growth of our existing talent are the key to long-term success.
A history graduate from University College London, Rory was the first Talent Manager in Wieden+Kennedy London’s history, working in the European and North American advertising markets as a Recruiter. Then, he was hired to lead 72andSunny’s hiring strategy for its newest office in New York, building a hundred-people offering in under two years and assisting its permanent move to Brooklyn.
Gabrielle Barbuto is a Brand Director at Pereira O'Dell, overseeing the European Wax Center account. She joins the agency from Grey, where she spent three years leading P&G’s Pantene Pro-V business. During her time at Grey, Gabrielle launched Pantene’s new global brand platform, oversaw a number of successful product launches, and scored Pantene its very first Gold and Silver Cannes Lions.
Over the course of her career, Gabrielle has helped shape marketing for several Fortune 500 brands spanning across health care, food, and beauty. Past clients include Bayer (Coppertone, Dr. Scholl’s, Lotrimin, Tinactin), Reckitt Benckiser (Frank's RedHot, French's), and P&G. Gabrielle graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science degree in communication and liberal arts concentration in psychology. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and doing yoga.
Jessica is a Brand Director at Pereira O’Dell, currently overseeing brands including Adobe, 1-800 Contacts, Concordia University of Portland, and Netflix. She has a breadth of experience in leading and shaping brands in multiple categories such as automotive, technology, and alcohol.
Previously, Jessica was with SF agency Argonaut, managing accounts such as Fitbit, Shock Top, Appleton Estate, and a breadth of new business. Prior to that, she was at Venables Bell & Partners, where she played a pivotal role in managing multiple Google accounts, including Google Search, Google Maps, Google Plus, and the launch of Google Fiber. It was there that she led “Nick’s First Pitch,” the MLB’s first-ever telerobotic pitch. Jessica began her career at Innocean Worldwide, working on the national Hyundai automotive account. Jessica hails from southern California but has a special love for the Midwest as a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Maura Mattoon is a Brand Director at Pereira O’Dell. With over 10 years of agency and account management experience, Maura helps clients solve business challenges with brand-building solutions. During her tenure at POD, Maura has helped lead breakthrough work across multiple industries, including gaming, technology, CPG, hospitality, and beverages.
Prior to joining the Pereira O’Dell team, Maura worked at Arnold Worldwide in Boston, where she focused on integrated campaign development and measurement in the higher education category. Maura began her career at JWT NY, working on global teams for Cadbury Adams, Huggies, and Pull-Ups. Outside of work, Maura enjoys hiking, skiing, seeing live music, and watching (good) TV.
Steve joined the Pereira O'Dell team in 2014, which represented his return back to the East Coast. He originally hails from the great state of New Jersey but had ventured west for opportunities in Los Angeles and Boulder. Steve brings with him a wide range of integrated client experience for iconic global brands across retail, QSR/food, fashion, sports, CPG, and lifestyle. During his time at POD, Steve has led the charge on the MINI, Timberland, Fox Sports, American Museum of Natural History, Charter Spectrum, and Blue Apron accounts.
Previously, Steve spent time at Deutsch LA, where he led brands such as Target, PlayStation, and Taco Bell. That experience included the launch of Taco Bell Breakfast (the most successful product launch in the brand's history), partnerships between Target and Taylor Swift, and strategic planning for the launch of the PS4. Prior to Deutsch, Steve spent some formative time at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, focusing on the Best Buy account, which included two Super Bowl commercials, and then cut his teeth as a Digital, Social and CRM Specialist at Rosetta. He’s an avid snowboarder and (for better or worse) a lifelong fan of the New York Mets and Jets.
Estefanio Holtz is a Creative Director at Pereira O'Dell, having led the creative direction in notable campaigns for Coca-Cola brands (Ciel's "An Evil Thirst," Fanta's "Play It Better"), 1-800 Contacts, and most recently, the Gold Lion-winning campaign for IGNITE National, "Writing Our Rights," a workbook that introduces young girls to female trailblazers through handwriting exercises.
An Art Director, Designer, and Illustrator by training, Estefanio joined Pereira O'Dell from Brazil's Agencia Africa in 2015. He is known for his participation in campaigns such as #BeSpider for Budweiser, which marked the return of Anderson Silva to the UFC, and "Metamorfose Ambulante" for Vivo + Samsung in honor of the legendary Brazilian rock composer, singer, songwriter, and producer Raul Seixas. In 2018, Estefanio will serve on the jury of the Brand Film Festival, which honors the year’s most artistic, creative, and effective branded content films.
Jake Dubs is a Creative Director at Pereira O'Dell, leading work across many of the agency’s brands including realtor.com, Timberland, and General Mills. Most notably, he led the launch of the first major rebranding campaign for Memorial Sloan Kettering in 20 years.
Prior to joining POD in 2013 as its fifth employee, Jake was a freelance Senior Writer at Google Creative Lab, where he helped launch the Google Chromebook, and Saatchi & Saatchi NY, where he produced work for Trident and Yoplait. Before that, he was a Writer at 72andSunny in LA, working on K-Swiss, Activision, 2K Sports, Sonos, Carl's Jr./Hardee's, BlackBerry, and Air New Zealand. In his free time, Jake enjoys consulting on start-up ventures, authoring several (hopefully) humorous Tumblrs and Instagrams and telling people he does CrossFit.
Jim Robbins is a creative director working on brands such as MINI USA and Memorial Sloan Kettering. Between 2017 and 2018 he won a total of 22 Cannes Lions while helping Clemenger BBDO in Melbourne, Australia win Cannes Agency of the Year.
His other achievements include an Emmy nomination for his work on Google Chrome, which was also named the “No. 1 Tearjerker Ad of All Time” by Mashable; being named the No. 4 creative in Australia by Campaign Brief; and earning One Club "Best of the Digital Decade" honors for his BooneOakley agency website redesign, which Huffington Post called "The Most Innovative Website of All Time".
His hobbies include cycling, cartooning, and, by the looks of his headshot, serving as some kind of aging nearsighted wannabe hipster train conductor.
Kyle Jones is a Creative Director at Pereira O'Dell, leading work across many of the agency’s brands such as Fifth Third Bank and FTD. In his previous life, Kyle honed his craft at agencies across the country including Venables Bell + Partners in San Francisco, Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Boulder, and TracyLocke in Dallas. His work for iconic brands, such as Microsoft, Kraft, Domino’s Pizza, Reebok, Audi, and 7-Eleven, has been recognized by The One Show, Effies, and Cannes Lions, among other accolades. When Kyle isn’t thinking about advertising, he enjoys writing his bio, hiking, music, and making things in his workshop.
Nick Sonderup is a Creative Director at Pereira O’Dell, leading all creative on the MINI account, from the national and brand levels to retail. Prior to joining the agency in 2017, Nick spent time at a number of creative shops including Wieden+Kennedy, BBDO, MTV, Translation, and Ogilvy & Mather. He has worked on global iconic brands such as General Electric, where his work was nominated for an Emmy, as well as American Express, ESPN, Nike, AT&T, Starbucks, State Farm, MTV, IBM, American Red Cross, and more.
Outside of his agency life, Nick is the Creative Director and Co-Producer of the Woodstock Comedy Festival, working with comedic talent like Gilbert Gottfried, Colin Quinn, Robert Klein, and Jim Gaffigan. He also directed a film that debuted at the SXSW Film Festival titled “100 Bands in 100 Days.” Nick has contributed writing and photography to notable music and sports publications.
There are 3 things you need to know about Suz Keen. The rest you’ll have to figure out via Google.
Firstly, if a creative idea is neither brave, intelligent, nor beautiful, Suz will judge you harshly. Like why-did-you-steal-that-old-lady’s-walking-cane harshly. It’s because Suz, while working on some of the world’s largest brands - like Adidas, Amazon, NBA, NFL and State Farm Insurance - has found that brave, conceptually brilliant, beautiful creativity has, and will always, outperform work that isn’t.
Secondly, Suz doesn’t believe in running. Anywhere. Running is a sign of bad planning which is a curse to creative effectiveness. While she might now be a Creative Director at Pereira O'Dell NY, in a previous life Suz was a professional figure skater - so the closest you’ll get to see her moving with haste is a fast glide.
Lastly, she believes that writing bios is weird. You’ve got to pretend to speak as if someone else is writing it and list all the awards that you’ve won - like One Show, Cannes, APMA, the Effies and the Webbys - as if it’s not boasting. It’s awkward. And not good awkward (which is the kind Suz likes).
John Redmond is a Brand Strategy Director at Pereira O'Dell, leading work primarily for the MINI account. He joined the New York office in early 2018.
John began his advertising career in account management at Y&R NY, before making the transition to strategy during his four-year tenure at mcgarrybowen NY. At mcgarrybowen, John launched global brand work for J.P. Morgan and led a range of assignments for Verizon Wireless. John joins POD from Havas New York, where he spent over two years working on IBM, Con Edison, and Mattress Firm. In his free time, John likes to play the guitar and pretend his last name is Fahey.
Nina Hensarling is a Brand Strategy Director at Pereira O’Dell, leading strategy across the General Mills portfolio, Memorial Sloan Kettering, and European Wax Center. Nina is a well-rounded marketer who is equal parts creative-brand builder and practical-communications planner. Prior to joining Pereira O’Dell, Nina led strategy at shops including BBDO and Havas. She has eight years of experience in the industry and has worked on over 25 brands across categories such as health, beauty, retail, CPG, fintech, and entertainment.
Nina completed her graduate studies at Indiana University (Go Hoosiers!), where she received an MBA in marketing and an MA in Latin American studies. She had intended to work in the global coffee industry, but after a summer internship at Grey New York wooed her into the world of advertising, she has been building her career as a strategist ever since. Nina lives in Brooklyn with her husband, son, two cats, and Labrador named Abilene.
Erin Davis is an experienced, hands-on Executive Producer, who is driven by curiosity and innovation. Joining Pereira O’Dell in 2010, Erin is responsible for overseeing the agency’s digital and interactive productions for clients such as Fifth Third Bank, Corona, Skype, Adobe, and Coca-Cola. She also spearheads educational programs within the agency intended to keep employees updated on the most recent innovations in the industry. Prior to POD, Erin spent several years at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, working as an Interactive Producer. When not at work, Erin can be found spending time with her daughters or working on Amped Frames, her custom frame brand geared towards the music industry.
