Key hires have been placed in both San Francisco and New York after winning new business from Mini, Fifth Third, FTD, Rover.com, Netflix and General Mills as well as expanding relationships with Coca-Cola and Cheesecake Factory.   

NEW YORK, SAN FRANCISCO / December 4, 2017 -- Pereira O’Dell announced today it has been on a hiring spree to beef up creative and strategy teams in New York and San Francisco. Key hires have been placed in both San Francisco and New York after winning new business from Mini, Fifth Third, FTD, Rover.com, Netflix and General Mills as well as expanding relationships with Coca-Cola and Cheesecake Factory.   

The teams are tasked with producing strategic and executional campaign approaches where brand building drives response and this response in turn builds the brand in an inexorable circle of effectiveness.

Pereira O’Dell New York: 


Nick Sonderup, Creative Director – Nick comes to Pereira O’Dell with expertise in Creative Direction from Ogilvy & Mather, BBDO and Wieden + Kennedy and has produced high visibility award-winning campaigns for American Express, State Farm and ESPN. He will lead the creative direction for Mini. 
Suz Keen, Creative Director – Keen comes to Pereira O’Dell New York after award-winning Creative Director roles at Translation and TBWA/Australia. She has produced work for Adidas, Amazon, ANZ bank, MasterCard, MillerCoors, NBA, NFL, State Farm and P&G. 
Tom Naughton, Head of Strategy – Naughton comes to Pereira O’Dell New York from BBDO where he worked on GE, Pepsi, Priceline as Group Planning Director. Prior to this he was at Droga5 as Group Strategy Director for Coca-Cola, Heineken USA and Kraft products. 
Antoine Brown, Director of Communications Strategy – Arrives at Pereira O’Dell New York with planning direction expertise from HUGE, MEC and Starcom. He is currently working on Realtor.com, Mini and General Mills. 
Nina Hensarling, Brand Strategy Director –  With 8 years of creative agency experience (BBDO, Story), her experience includes retail, CPG, baby, health, beauty, fintech, network entertainment and pharma. She is currently leading strategy on Chex, Annie's Homegrown, European Wax Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering.

Estefanio Holtz, promoted to Creative Director –  Joined Pereira O’Dell in February 2015. Most recently won a Gold Lion at Cannes in Design for IGNITE “Writing Our Rights” workbook. Working on Coca-Cola brands Sprite, Ciel and Coca-Cola as well as Adobe and Netflix. 
Lauren Sooudi, Brand Strategy Director – Lauren was ranked in April 2017 as one of in Business Insider's "30 Most Creative Women in Advertising". She comes to Pereira O’Dell from Heat after 5 years as Senior Strategist working on Jackson Family Wines, Bank of the West, Dolby, Teva and Hotwire.  Lauren oversees the strategic creative development for Fifth Third Bank, FTD and Adobe.
