Andrew O’Dell is Co-Founder and CEO of award-winning independent creative agency, Pereira O’Dell. An advertising visionary of over 20 years, Andrew has played an instrumental role in shaping the company's success and reputation by constantly looking forward and evolving the business to meet the changing needs of brands. Under his leadership, Pereira O’Dell has been named to Ad Age A-List for four consecutive years, Fast Company’s Top 10 Most Innovative Companies in Advertising, and Forbes Most Influential Companies in Advertising. In 2023, Andrew O’Dell took on a dual-role after being named CEO of Serviceplan Americas, and will be tasked with leading its growth in the US and beyond.
Pereira
PJ Pereira is an industry veteran of over 20 years, most known for co-founding independent award-winning creative agency, Pereira O’Dell. Pereira is a pioneer in the marketing world, sitting at the intersection of tech, entertainment and advertising. His credentials have made him one of the industry's most influential and respected creatives. He has been named to Adweek's Creative 100, Ad Age's Creativity 50, and to the 4A's 100 People Who Make Advertising Great. Most recently, PJ was named AI Champion of the Year by Adweek for demonstrating meaningful contributions to the ethical progression of AI across our own organization and the industry.
Outside of his work in advertising, PJ enjoys other creative pursuits as a novelist, painter, and martial artist. In 2023, PJ released his first US novel about the unlikely combination of Artificial Intelligence and kung fu. Pereira is particularly drawn to the concept of an AI’s influence in design and creativity, and he tries to engage this emerging tech in his own creative process whenever possible.
Daum
Nancy Daum brings over two decades of expertise in advertising, marketing, and technology to her role. During her tenure spanning 14 years at Pereira O’Dell, Nancy has been instrumental in transforming the independent agency from a little-known entity to a globally recognized powerhouse. In her capacity as CFO & COO, she has adeptly managed finance, administration, human resources, and IT departments, demonstrating a keen ability to navigate the intricate needs of privately held and venture-backed entities, guiding them through successful IPOs.
Before her impactful contributions at Pereira O'Dell, Nancy garnered valuable experience in public accounting at prestigious firms such as Ernst & Young and Deloitte & Touche. Her time in public accounting equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of financial intricacies and regulatory compliance, laying a solid foundation for her subsequent roles in the dynamic realms of advertising, marketing, and technology.
Lambrechts
Collaborating closely with clients, Lambrechts brings a unique perspective that combines his deep creative experience with a strategic acumen to formulate campaigns that not only engage audiences but also align with the evolving landscape of contemporary culture.
Recognized as an award-winning writer, Lambrechts now oversees the entire spectrum of strategic initiatives throughout the agency. His transition from a creative background positions him uniquely, allowing him to infuse strategic thinking into every aspect of the creative process.
In 2018, Lambrechts played a key role in the agency's groundbreaking launch of the social film "The Beauty Inside" for Intel, earning an Emmy for Outstanding New Approach to Television. This accomplishment marked Pereira O’Dell as the first advertising agency to win an Emmy against traditional TV programming, establishing a pioneering presence in the realm of branded entertainment.
Gonzalez
In nearly nine years at Pereira O’Dell, Mona Munayyer Gonzalez has helped reinvent the agency many times over without losing sight of the agency philosophy: to bring big ambitions to life. In 2023, Mona was named the agency’s first-ever Chief Growth Officer. Taking a unique approach to the traditional growth position, her role combines PR & New Business with Talent – two areas that are inextricably linked. This ambition sets a vision for not only the growth of the business, but the people behind its success. Mona began her career at global creative networks, including JWT and BBDO, and sharpened her management skills at The Barbarian Group. This blend of agency experience led to a deep knowledge of integrated campaign planning and passion for award-winning, business-building work. Mona’s ambitious growth plans for Pereira O’Dell include building a reputation for the agency that attracts global brands & talent; but more importantly, as a second-generation Palestinian American, she is dedicated to using her power to change the industry for the better.
Nymark
As President of Pereira O'Dell, Natalie brings more than 20 years of client service and brand management expertise to her role. Before joining Pereira O’Dell, Natalie managed client portfolios in consumer packaged goods, beauty, luxury, financial services, and spirits at leading agencies including Grey, KBS, and JWT.
Natalie is passionate about brand building and developing transformative solutions for both her brand partners, and internal teams at Pereira O’Dell. She specializes in integrated marketing and communications, product development, global management, and leading multidisciplinary teams. A student of design thinking, Natalie uses a human-centered approach to nurture people, processes, and outcomes.
Apaliski
Jason Apaliski has been an integral part of the agency since its founding in 2008. In his expanded role, Jason continues to shape the creative direction and success of Pereira O’Dell. Notably, he led the creative development for Intel's Inside Films series, the industry’s longest-running branded content series, earning the agency an Emmy for “Outstanding New Approach,” two Gold Pencils at The One Show, and an unprecedented three Grand Prix Cannes Lions.
Prior to Pereira O’Dell, Jason played a key creative role at AKQA in San Francisco, leading the creative direction for prominent brands such as Xbox, Sprite, Visa, Microsoft, and Red Bull. During his tenure at AKQA, Jason was a lead Art Director in groundbreaking campaigns, including the Dark Marketing campaign for McDonalds, "The Lost Ring," and the staredown spoof, “Unflinching Triumph,” a full-length film distributed online for Red Bull. This spoof was recognized by The Wall Street Journal as the number one pick for “What to Watch” in new media content. Jason's wealth of experience and innovative approach have consistently contributed to the success and reputation of the agencies he has been a part of throughout his career.
Constantino
Prior to joining Pereira O'Dell in 2023, Constantino spent over eight years at Meta leading global creative product for the Instagram Creative Lab. Most notably in 2017, she led the go-to-market strategy for innovative products within Instagram, tasked with driving engagement and excitement for new products including Reels, Stories, and IGTV. She played a pivotal creative role in connecting brands with Creators, generating ideas and content to introduce the new platform tools for the first time. Her work has won over 20 international creative awards at Cannes Lions, One Show, and the CLIO Awards. She was formally recognized as Digital Communication Professional of the Year by the Brazilian Advertising Association and Professional of the Year for Brand content at the Share Award.
Karpel
Lenny Karpel is a Group Brand Strategy Director at Pereira O'Dell in San Francisco, leading the strategic thinking on Adobe, FTD, Concordia University and other accounts. Lenny applies human, brand and cultural truths to develop insights that inspire creative teams to build breakthrough campaigns and give brands a competitive advantage.
Prior to joining Pereira O'Dell, Lenny has worked on a wide range of brands including MINI, P&G, Fitbit, EA Sports, Anheuser Busch, Xbox, Norton, El Pollo Loco and Draft Kings. Awards and recognition include multiple Effies and the 4A's Jay Chiat Award for Strategic Excellence.
