This past week, the creative world took part in the 59th Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. The best in the field from around the globe were bestowed with honors and the rest of world got a glimpse into where the creative and advertising industry is heading. The festival received 34,301 entries this year, a 19% increase over 2011 making it the most competitive year ever.
